This made me smile...perhaps you could darken the ear just below the right (lower) part of hat...have it continue the shadowy look.

Not bad, try to darken the skin up some so they don't look quite so pale.

It still looks a little too painted on, especially the woman.

I really like this. well done. However one small problem is the use of the same door frame. Perhaps clone different sections of it to create different grains and marks. good luck

I think you need to work on the definition of the face in the water.. I wasn't clear what it was... there is no Step by step so I can't help to see what methods you used.. but good luck.. others who know how to manipulate water better then me will surely be along to help.. good luck.. it's a very good IDEA, just needs a little more definiton to be read properly
