Sorry I'm just not impressed with sophomoric attempts at humor. That being said the chop isn't the best, the hand has a black edge, the hand is in foreground and wouldn't cast a shadow as yours seems to, also the flesh edge gets very blurry where it overlaps the other hand. The lens used for this shot has a good depth of field the new hand wouldn't be so blurry. The face doesn't look natural it's over liquified and distorted IMO.

Well, the idea is really funny. But I think you have to leave some distance between the "hand" and the face - resizing it slightly bigger. And for his rebel expression you don't need to use so much liquify, just a bit on the eyelids.
Well... that's why that photo of Einstein is famous (showing the tongue). He didn't like to be photographed, and one day he showed the tongue to the photographer!

The way to save this is to lift the "old skin" texture from the source hand and overlay it on your second hand. It can be done with patience.
