No animal of any kind was hurt or injured during the making of this entry. Animals are cute and I have respect for them. (5 years and 1244 days ago)
Yeeshers...hehehe.. you may want to consider giving the holes a little more depth with shading... to give some curvature to the underlying bloody flesh.. it looks terrific but kind of flat.. but it is your vision so don't worry about it if you are happy with it. The eyes are FANTASTIC. Bevel emboss is a great shortcut in these types of situations and fiddling with the settings (the color/depth/opacity) helps with giving it a more realistic feel. Again, only if you think it might help. The over all effect is AWESOME and will be perfect for Halloween Good Luck and Great Job
I did it.... I appreciate your idea.
WOW.. world of difference.. really got rid of the flattening.. great fix author

in 1910, Pet Hats were all the rage, especially the "Meerhat" model! (5 years and 2578 days ago)
Great idea...might be good to give the edges around the face a bit of blur. GL author.
Nice idea, perhaps you still have time too soften the masking of the fur around the face...(try a layer mask soft brush.) Maybe a fine smudge bush on the fur line at the face also.
I had troubles uploading my entry, and consider myself lucky to have gotten it online!
I was so wrought over the fur on the outside and the background, I TOTALLY forgot to soften the edges around the face...Every entry carries its learning experience.
