Very nice
Why doesn't she have any legs? It looks like she's just floating about 10 inches off the step...
Also the source is too blurry, she doesn't blend with it, as much as she looks pasted on top.
Some snowflakes on her would make the image more realistic.
...Why doesn't she have any legs? What kind of question is that?
Anyways, thanks CMYK you know i appreciate your comments, i've tried adding snowflakes on the model but they always look horribly pasted on, which is why i added the warm orange glow around the model and gave the image the title that i did, she's melting the snow away with her music.
Cheating a bit i guess, but that's the explanation. Thanks Bob
"why doesn't she have any legs?"..lol..you should check the source MossyB..good job on the snow author..and good mood as always..GL!
lol@where's her legs... its very obvious to me that they are tucked under her big ruffly dress. Doesn't look like she is floating to me author, the steps are clear enough. As for the soft glow, i think it was a nice touch. I like the blurry background as well. Very nicely put together, so goodluck
Nice chop and good luck to you Author
I think its a beautiful entry..but at the same i feel this could have been done with any image, which is actually blurred out. No offence meant author. But its just IMO.
Has a lovely feel to it. I like the concept of her music melting the snow ... And regarding your earlier comment...I don't think it's a cheat when it works .
It looks good, i like the "focus on her, everything else is secondary" aspect. GL author.
very cool work author...best of luck

This "fly" was created from contest source "butter cup" image. The wings, head, body was created using metal part of the butter cap, and body using glass part of the "butter cup" image, I will add sbs if it is required.
I want to thanks to erix! for melted butter on the plate source (flickr). (5 years and 3338 days ago)
I feel tthe background is a little too empty. Good job with the fly tho.
It's probably matter of opinion about background. Personally (IMO) I think making another metal fly similar to it, sitting next to the original fly would make it far more interesting. But you got a day left.
very nice creation...good luck
very nice!
