Chopped out the "jelly fish" from the source, the rest is PS.
How the underwater scene is made? - loads of tutorials on this online. The ship wreck is pen tool (see sbs) plus filters, mostly Wind and Gausian Blur. The rest - see sbs :)
EDIT: To all of you lucky ones who know russian (hehe), here are the two tutorials used for the underwater scene:

really cool image!!
The high res of this is really nice. Beautiful work, author!
Nice colors. The jelly fishes may have more impact if you make them (a bit) different from each other, for example another wavey tentacle shape for some of them. Good luck!

A fun chop and great use of your own photos. You went to a lot of trouble to photograph that light in the bag. Lucky it didn't start burning.
Believe me Skyangel, it's much quicker to shoot the elements you need for the contest in the angle you want it it to be, then searching for free pictures, witch always ends into a different angle then the rest of the compilation. In my case that is.
And for the bag with the flame, the entrance of the bag was big.
You are right about that but not all graphic artists are also photographers so some are forced to do the hard yards to find free resources and manipulate them to suit.
I love your sunset photo by the way.
Good luck in the contest.
I got a kick outa that too. Good use of that photo LifetimeDamage
