This idea was inspired by some Japanese comic books, they drew like that to show someone's anger. @Erica: It's partly true, actually I used liquify tool to make the shape similar to the first, then control the light by dodge and burn, with some smudge to make it more accurate, quite simple things to do .
What a pity that the source for the dog can't be altered, so I need to change it by other dog, now I'm working on that.

I suggest you scared eye for the "victim" dog, but it's up to you.

It seems to me that any source could have been used to create the door; the contest title seems to have informed this image more than the source itself. The ghostly face might be more compelling if there were dramatic lighting.

I did use the source image for the door - can't you see it ! well I'll have to make it clearer.
