Nice, i'd add some hair to the arm and change the hair colour (or at least give him some dark roots) to make it more realistic though.

you need to show where you got them and make sure they are not copyrights. If you took them yourself explain this and you have already shown the originals so ok there good luck

When I click on the source links, it just shows me the picture and not where they came from (like SXC or flickerCC). If they're your own photos, you have to show them, uncut and in all their glory, in your SBS and mention that they are your own photos. If they're from a site, you have to link to the site so we can see that there is where you got them. Hope this helps.
