I love the image here except the foreground trees are a bit digitized and the one on the left is transparent. The look good as mostly silhouette but the should be sharper on the edges like the balcony.

the overall green tone to the piece is disturbing. i think it would have been better if you'd changed the hue and saturation, gave her more of a fleshy tone, and then emphasized the green in the jacket only.

Interesting concept, but I think the dome looks flat and the abdomen portion looks like a pasted-on picture. The leg portion looks only slightly less flat. Plus the vanishing point of the floor does not match the vanishing point of her 'test tube' [much lower horizon].
