i know it a bit grim but i had fun making myself look dead, all images except for the strawberry are my own photos, i have been given permission to use the strawberry image (5 years and 3369 days ago)

Creepy and well made, but with a few nitpicks: 1, the strawberry is really hard to see--I didn't even know it was there until I saw the mention of the strawerry source, and 2, the operating table looks quite unrealistic. It would be nice if you could use a real table. You did an awesome job with the blood/strawberry juice though.
Yep, GMT is right...try using a metal texture for the tables.
Oh, well... operation table aside, stitches are very realistic. It'd be funnier if the stitches formed a "s" (for strawberry)...
