Kinda overly smudgy...a touch of blur might help...but it's a fun image!

Using various techniques and with help from topcatcham - sxc.hu, i have created a portrait of a very well respected member of my family, Great Aunt Layla. (5 years and 3257 days ago)
Try to make the skin look like it's on top of the skull by adding an edge to it, so that it has thickness. (Ctrl J the skin layer and move it up a bit, change it brightness- so that you can see it blend in, adjust with dodge/ burn).
