I wanted to create an image that was a blend of emotions, enjoy :)
Yay! My quota maximum finally reached its 24 hour mark and I was able to get those links to the other images used.
(The site puts a lock on the images so getting specific url's is impossible after you've gone on a downloading rampage.) (5 years and 3787 days ago)

I really enjoyed reading the tutorial. Great job!
Nice image. Link 3 only leads to the CGT homepage. You need to link to the individual sources you used.
awesome!!!
Nice chop
Really nice image, some very detailed components to it.. my one suggestion woul be to maybe get rid of the bottom bit of her ear, because we can still see the lobe.. but this image is Great! Hihgh marks!!
I think the ear keeps it more human, that's why it's still there.
Top job!
Congratulations!
Congrats for your second place!

I learned to sing this song for my husband, who liked it very much. I sang it to him for the last time in Nov. of '85 at his funeral and then I buried it with him. So, if I hear it, or more likely, think of it, I smile thru my tears, because it reminds me of him.
Thanks to pbresser and blunted UK for the generous use of their photos. They have been notified.
You ask me how much I need you, must I explain?
I need you, oh my darling, like roses need rain.
You ask how long I'll love you, I'll tell you true
Until the Twelfth of Never, I'll still be loving you.
Hold me close, never let me go
Hold me close, melt my heart like April snow
I'll love you 'til the bluebells forget to bloom
I'll love you 'til the clover has lost its perfume
I'll love you 'til the poets run out of rhyme
Until the Twelfth of Never and that's a long, long time

(I think I got the shadows right this time). I also made the girl a little smaller to fit the bench better. (5 years and 3834 days ago)
Wow! Nice feel! I love the desolated forest and the contrast between the laced dressed girl and the naked trees. Good choice to make it in black and white.
Great use of source image! I like the mood, just amazing! GL
Nice composition and mood, but light source and lighting on the lady is not matching
Very nice mood.
Very nice idea, but like gopankarichal said the lighting and shadows are off. To me ik looks like the bench and the girl are floating. If you're able to fix that you'd have a better image. GL
Great mood...please add appropriate shadows.
Is she OUT OF HER MIND!!!??!?!?!?!.. GET OUT OF THAT FOREST!!! A MONSTER IS GOING TO GET YOU!!!!... yipe yipe yipe... hehehe great mood you got going author.. good luck with this
Nice picture. Nice forest. The girl seems to be to big for the bench.
great mood
Is this better?
very nice lighting very nice over all
Great mood. I absolutely love the black and white.
night lighting is well done
that's a beauty....
Great idea choosing bw. The girl is lit from the front, which doesn't match the trees and bench. And the girl is a little to big for the bench to be sitting convincingly. If those things were adjusted, I think you'd take a great image to a stunning one. Good luck!

Really good job. The blurred background really adds depth, I think. In High Res it looks like something is wrong with the thumbnail and the edges of the Ivy are too sharp. Still. I really like this, especially the ripples in the water. GL.
Thank you very much Chaplain! I blurred the contour of the ivy very slightly, the strands connecting each leaf together are very thin, and any more blurring would result in a total loss of the stems, so i did what i could. Thank you very much for the comment
this is very cool pic well done
Stunning work
is this gaussian blur? try experimenting with lens blur. nice job overall
Yes it's gaussian blur, although the result i got using lens blur definitely looks more realistic. I'll try it out on future entries, thanks Elficho, and thank you all for your great comments
congrats Matteo!
Congrats
