I don't think you achieved an ice effect, the images look very pixelated.. i'd take this image to another direction and add snow instead, maybe a different sky that complements what's happening. Good luck.

I love people who try and submit to expand their skills. although you may not have totally achieved your goal. well done.. explore tutorials , a good way to develop your skills.. i struggle with matching skills with ideas.

the water looks horrible and you didnt get an ice effect! the ice looks horrible! i think you should go for a totally different idea! if you do that its gonna be like a fresh start and i know tha you, author are capable of making a good image!

Ummm.. the perspective is way off. I also still see bricks off the cars reflection. The background is also very fake.

You really need a better background, just find and outside source of a road, or go photograph one outside your house if you want to keep the 'source only status' Good luck, the car looks great!

Probably a good idea, that however could use some improvements. In addition to the other comments of available improvements: The tires looks blurry and should be masked better. Also the roof cut away looks blurry. The car seems to casts no shadow. And what's that twisting thing on the back of the car?

the background is horrible i cant even stand looking at it! it doesnt have a shadow! and whats going on with the back of the car it looks like a messed up smudge tool mark and the box inside of the car is needing a shadow

i think you should make it a bit smaller.. and add shadows.. i agree with dka120
