Good idea, but the pencil shavings in the sharpener are too small comparing to the pencils.

i agree with erikuri and also, it looks ike they are just pasted on top of the pencil sharpener maybe make a new layer on top of the sharpener and make it the same color and then lower the opacity or something, maybe that will help a little but other than that, awesome image

i really like the top half of the image, i'm not too sure about the watery bottom half and the reflections, but you obviously put a lot of work into this, good luck!

cause he's a Saint and he's walking/writing on water

if you have to guess that its a reflection, then its not a good reflection. try displacement mapping. (look it up, it could probably prove quite useful here) good luck!

BD, never meant to be a reflection ... it wasn't the goal.. and I wasn't asking anyone to guess..just make a pencil out of a head and that was it (I was making a Saint Writing Tool.. that's all) and if you notice I made the water line break the horizon line on purpose
