No images, nothing as decoration and no textures; in other words no outside sources are allowed.
Need to remove the shapes around the writing, but it was a good read author

author says:

I'll allow the mods to decide this one. The contest guideline says "No images". I don't see any images, I see backgrounds for text. I see no decoration, no textures. I have used multiple colors & a font.

I don't see how this conforms to the instructions to "take ONE sentence" [emphasis added].

author says:

Dan, you're absolutely right. As I said in my comment on the contest, most entries (including this one) would be removed if confined to ONE sentence. How about ONE QUOTE instead?

the rules stated "No Decoration" that is what you have done..... decorated it lmao....

author says:

Putting some words on a rectangle is "decoration"? Jesus effing Christ.

In complete honesty author, i thought that the contest was going a bit over the top with the no brushes or decorations part... I like typography and ive been trying to make something but without being able to play with 'anything' i honestly can''t get creative or motivated to finish one...... Ive already seen entries pulled for less than this

author says:

I'm completely for the "no brushes" part...I think people who use prefab brushes made by someone else are lazy & lacking in creativity. What annoys me is the ambiguous interpretation of this contest's guidelines. Read my comments on the contest main page.

just read them and I couldn't agree more... But i remember this contest the last time it went around lol
I remember doing a stupid image in two different ways to A) prove a point and B)annoy the crap out of people
It is going to be a long week for this contest!!!!

I appreciate the desire to improve upon the rules (like allowing a multi-sentence quote), but the whole point is to be creative within the constraints presented. [The 'Mixed Manipulations' contests are an opportunity for being unconstrained.]

author says:

LOL...Thanks Dan, you know I appreciate your comments.
