Which would you prefer, a negative comment, or no comment?

probably no comments as it seems minimal use of source. I would suggest using the source, duplicating and manipulating to make the tree in the background..goodluck anyways, and don't be upset about the no comments, some people don't get any at all.

I really like the colors in this.To be frank I like when the source is clearly visible than to look the sbs where the source is used.

I think if you add some texture hair lines you will have quite a wonderful chop on your hands (the hair is very flat, but that could also be the fact it's not in HIGH RES... can't make out any detail... great job otherwise.. good luck

LOVE the idea, the only thing I see that would improve it would be to add a glossy finish (more reflective) to the glasses, they kind of look like they are made of paper. Also you may want to curve it a tiny bit, lenses usually have a slight curve.

I like the hair. You over dodged the left eye...I think that's the problem. That side of the face is in a little shadow given the direction of the light. It shouldn't be lighter than the right eye...I think.

thank u all for the comments.. i fixed her eye. (if u see the source image, she has her left eye partially closed and right eye full open.. i had tried to fix it earlier without success.. hope it looks better now) and i toned down her fairness a little bit.. hope she looks better now..
