I like the concept and the execution, but i'm not a big fan of the outer glow or the current background, perhaps some out of focus clouds, or something a little more complex than a blue gradient. Good luck

You should have done something with the crocodile's tail.

You are right CMYK, in my mind the tail is going to right from that point but looks like his tail is cut at simple view.
