Seems as though there are other sources like the eyes and other bones. Might want to list those, interesting character. Try and blend it into the background photo more, he seems way too light for the light in the area...it would be way more creepy if you had to look at it twice to be sure it was fake...IMO

This is lovely, but it would have been better and more like Mandela if you didn’t add the square shapes. Nice choice of color

I like the design but I think I would have liked the image a little more if the background had been black or something that gave a little more contrast. I like the texture of the inner circle though it reminds me of sand.

@ VitalEwpressions: thank you for your comment. I didn't want to us a black background because then I missed the gentle color pallet I used in this work. About the circle, I wanted to give it a sand-like texture because for this work I was inspired by a sand-painting made Buddhist Monks

Convincing, except for the writing on the uniforms which is backward as a result of flipping that source. The O's in the logo are cool.
