Err what's that thing inside? We should see muscles and bones :P and the blood needs more shadows and lights.

The blood is unrealistic except at the top of the cut. The best way to make it more realistic would be to apply a burlap texture and blend it with everything else a bit better, maybe make it look like it's mixing into the shaving cream.

I can't really look at.. it's one of my biggest nightmares and it's killing to look at (so it must be a very good job (Now I'm going to curl in a ball and suck my thumb EEEEEEEEKKK)

shouldnt the other side of his face be bleeding also?

pretty scary..very good idea but try to make it more impressive by proper blending and a bit more flesh and boy's expression

its a nice spider....but i think u can darken it.....it will look scarier..... all the best
