Idea is really good. But as Alan says, the edges of the finish sign is evident. Masking is the best way to blend an image turning it more natural.

Go slug go. I like the use of blur here, it really does make them look fast. One you could have done, was use less blur on the first two, it would make the other slug look like they are going faster. Just an idea =- )
