Here in Brazil there's a beautiful pop song called "Lágrimas e Chuva", that means teardrops and rain... Your work fits with that song!
Flowers were duplicated many times and scaled smaller, then I created a raindrop brush to layer over the flowers from the raindrop source photo. Details in my SBS. A very romantic creation...excellent use of source and a very natural look, almost like the flowers were supposed to be there! And good relation between the flowers outside and the one in the hair...! Very nice! Simple but definitely effective! Best of luck!
