nice seal -- a shadow would help this
Very cute!
Very good job. But shadow is definitely missing.

great idea i like it ! g l
Thank you!
Nice idea but you need to adjust the exposure
Thanks freejay for the comment and I'm sure it would be helpful - if only I knew what exactly you meant! Like....the exposure of what? All the image, or some specific part of it ? Adjust lower or higher? Maybe you'll get back to me on that.......
Open pic in Photoshop........ press Image/adjustments./exposure and play around to make the light look more natural.
Maybe desaturate it a touch too
Image/adjustments/hue-saturation.

Nothing but source and CS5. (5 years and 3401 days ago)
like the see thru effect on the wings -- maybe the edges of the wings could be a bit sharper but that is just being picky
nit pic..needs a pointy butt..hehehehehe..great job overall..hehehehe
EDIT: YEAH!!! Pointy BUTT!!!
OMG! incredbile work! I like how you used the inside of the shoe for the eyes of this incredible dragonfly! high marks
Great selection for the eyes, and nice work on the branch, too. That butt must've been wigglin' as he landed. Good use of source, still visible.
EDIT: cute li'l tail addition.
I really love the wings, they are perfect! As Slushy said, maybe a longer body (but it's a case of perspective too, that's why we can't see the long body). Very nice work!
Fantastic work author...your eye construction is fabulous...well done
nice

The final result is very blurry, and the overlay of the organic texture turned into a strange shape and lost almost all the interest from when you first applied it to your background image. It looked quite interesting at that stage, but then became overdone.
Its too blurry and the texture from the source image does not blend nicely. It looks like you cropped it and just put it there
i agree
Good attempt, maybe learned a few things for next time?..... good luck author
