In Dreams
Songwriter: Orbison, Roy
A candy-colored clown they call the Sandman
Tiptoes to my room every night
Just to sprinkle stardust and to whisper
"Go to sleep, everything is all right"
I close my eyes, then I drift away
Into the magic night, I softly say
A silent prayer like dreamers do
Then I fall asleep to dream my dreams of you
In dreams I walk with you
In dreams I talk to you
In dreams you're mine all of the time
We're together in dreams, in dreams
But just before the dawn
I awake and find you gone
I can't help it, I can't help it, if I cry
I remember that you said goodbye
It's too bad that all these things
Can only happen in my dreams
Only in dreams
In beautiful dreams

It's good... but there is a few problems with the high res IMO...
I'd loose the noise in the back ground... I understand the sand flying around... but there's none in the foreground so it's only half realised...
I think the edges could be darkened up a little... and where the sand is blowing off him... it looks good on the smaller pic but o high res it just looks like streaks on the BG... so some sand 'on' his fingers ... maybe only some are formed??... It just needs to look as though it's breaking away from the sandman...
I think the noise on the background is not necessary, very good blending on the man!
There's a cut out edge around the guy, which makes him look too flat, but I really like the concept and the execution on the sand.
Thanks for the comments always appreciated. I've made some adjustments. (note to myself: don't post entries after three shots of Jack)
Didn't see the previous version, but this one's lookin' good!
Nice much better... GL Author
it is very good to me ,good luck
Fabulous.., good luck to you author..,
The sand blowing off the figure looks excellent.. really well created. Great job.
What a cool technique! I think his face could have just a little bit of the sand texture, very light, and a little less on his right shoulder to complete the windblown effect, but overall a great use of the source, very clever.
This is great! We are huge marvel comic fans in my house, and I have to say, this is definitly my favorite in the contest! My six year old wants me to pass along good luck from him too! he's a fan!
