It's an excellent chop but IMO, it's CBR'd. (Chopped beyond recognition) You didn't need the source to make this. You could have made this out of anything. But don't worry, some people like CBR'd.

I agree with you jawshoewhah that i could done it with different source image but most entries of pxl eyes could be done with different source. When i saw this image it was my first though... thank u all for your comments!

I dont see how this is on theme, if anything youve added drama to an ordinary raspberry. The actual image is nice though

ok, so maybe I misunderstood.... but the contest goal said: "Remove the 'amazing' from any situation or thing, creating a moment of disappointment and anticlimax. Use your cruel indifference to take away the joys of life ...." I LOVE raspberries ..and a caterpillar crawling out of it definitely takes the joy out of my life.... thanks for your comment though!!

I think if you have to explain it, then it does make it hard to fit the theme. The good entry is an obvious entry that you don’t have to explain.

Maybe rotate the blade so the cutting side is facing downwards?? Maybe feather the opacity around the skull into the face some more? Looks just a bit sudden.. GL.

I think u can better integrate the skull with his face; now it seems a little to the side; it should be in the direction of the man's features (nose, eye, mouth) so I would move it more to the right and lower it and rotate to the right; sexy man by the way

This is really good and has a lot of meaning to it. The skull seems to come out a little too far by his eye but I could be wrong.
