Way too heavy on the vignette effect - it's so dark around the edges that you lose a lot of the effect you are going for. It is also so dark that the lighting of the box makes no sense.

Is the leaning left corner post intentional? It appears as if it is falling.

The asymmetry is disturbing, and the girl is distorted.

The girl is still distorted and so is the left corner post.

No author.... YOU MUST PLACE YOUR ORIGINAL images in your SBS (the unfinished altered images) don't get up set (even though it's obvious by your portfolio that this is your work) but you are new and you need to follow the exact rules or you will get pulled. Though newbies are allowed to just type in what they did, they still have to submit the original photographs.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don't let this be pulled (and if it is don't let it get you down, your work is to wonderful not to share here)..

@xogx2002: If people use their own sources, they have to add them uncut and unaltered in their SBS, like the author did now. Uploading them on Flickr under a CC license is not the way to do it and makes us mods suspicious, when there is an image uploaded on Flickr an hour ago and the author links to it.
So author, you did it right here with posting your own images in your SBS.

Beginners can submit a written description for a simple entry BUT ONLY in a beginner level contest. All other contests require a visual SBS if no outside source is used unless the contest description states otherwise.
