This image is really beautiful! But here I come again.. The right side of her lip could use some better masking, as well as her right eye.. The green of the eye is also found under the eye. I am also seeing some masking problems around her hair.. All visible in hi-res.. Maybe you should fix that..

everything is ok, except some gray spots on her face: eye, nose, cheek!

beautiful source selection and gud colouring on her body except that white areas visible on her face ...... !

...and...her fingernails.
they are still grey. as is the middle finger on the image. its all very well done, and i agree with CMYK about the choice of photo...its awesome.

to help the white spots in her skin (mostly because of exposure in the original source) try pulling down the exposure and gamma in the settings. see if that helps a little. if you did you colorization on the source, then i don't quite know how to fix that..but...i usually use seperate layers set to "color" blend mode, so i can do adjusting to the main b/w source to help with the shadowing and color adjustments.
