very little resolution in the original pic (due to the pylon in the foreground, and the sun was at full zenith and sweat was pouring over my eyes, but I loved the picture so much I wanted to use it, check sbs to see full exposure picture,

The wide reflections imply equally high stuff along the river banks, not the flat landscape here. I think the far end of the river should get really skinny just like the road in your source1.

I don't think reflections are needed (except from the clouds). River banks are low, not slopes.

Figures need shadows (see bucket & chair) but nice job.

Agrees with CMYK. That cap gun is enourmous. Try blurring the cops and baby a little to match the resolution of the background. Upload a high res version if possible.
