i seen that effect in a online tut. the only difference was the smoke was coming form a lit cigaret.

Pretty ok . If you mirror the cigarette, it will get the same light as the skull. And up to you, but I might have blend the under jaw from the skull a bit more with the ash so that the jaw really becomes part of the cigarette. Maybe with a bit of fading and smudging you an get that effect. But again, only if you want that. Good luck!
