Flip the moon! The light source on the cat is from the left. The trees growing out of the ice on the horizon aren't believable. Aside from that, I love your idea and the mood. You can make this better, and I hope you will...good luck!

it's simple, it's plain, it's GOOD. The only thing would be the crystalised snowflakes and the wavy snowflakepatterns but those can be corrected very fast and easy by using a small brush, put it on scatter and blur it.

But you should know how to do it
