In high res the snow on the bushes at right should be blurred a bit to lose the rectangular shapes.

I guess I get the [rather flat looking] snow-globe interior, but the splotchy hand and bubbly background seem odd.
Must say you have a great imagination author...Good work...
I think the hat looks good nothing flat looking about the stuff in the globe at all the bubbles look goodand some nice reflections on the glass good job
