SPOOKY OOOOOOO
Really imaginative and cute!
The bats are a bit too dark and distracting, it makes a nice "evening" scene without them.
Well done!
fantastic image author...great colors with so cool details...best of luck

Just love it!! Wonderful use of non-drawing tools. GL

Turned the star into a brush and painted the sky. (5 years and 3296 days ago)
Very cute concept. Nice work.
minimum use of source..?
At least I can't recocnize anything xd?
mayby sbs would help..
anyway gl
Edit:
Hm ok I already see the use of source, though you can't really recocnize it and you didn't necesarely had to use this source to create the same 'star' effect.
I'm sticking to my first conclusion, minimum use of source.
to minimal usage os the source...mood of the image is very nice and would be shame that lose points because of the small usage of the source image...create some detauls using source and u will have better score...gl
i like it ,good luck
this is a real fun image! I wish the stars looked more realistic, but it's a fantasy scene anyway, so it's ok

Title: Don McLean - Vincent (Starry, Starry Night) lyrics
Starry, starry night.
Paint your palette blue and grey,
Look out on a summer's day,
With eyes that know the darkness in my soul.
Shadows on the hills,
Sketch the trees and the daffodils,
Catch the breeze and the winter chills,
In colors on the snowy linen land.
Now I understand what you tried to say to me,
How you suffered for your sanity,
How you tried to set them free.
They would not listen, they did not know how.
Perhaps they'll listen now.
Starry, starry night.
Flaming flowers that brightly blaze,
Swirling clouds in violet haze,
Reflect in Vincent's eyes of china blue.
Colors changing hue, morning field of amber grain,
Weathered faces lined in pain,
Are soothed beneath the artist's loving hand.
Now I understand what you tried to say to me,
How you suffered for your sanity,
How you tried to set them free.
They would not listen, they did not know how.
Perhaps they'll listen now.
For they could not love you,
But still your love was true.
And when no hope was left in sight
On that starry, starry night,
You took your life, as lovers often do.
But I could have told you, Vincent,
This world was never meant for one
As beautiful as you.
Starry, starry night.
Portraits hung in empty halls,
Frameless head on nameless walls,
With eyes that watch the world and can't forget.
Like the strangers that you've met,
The ragged men in the ragged clothes,
The silver thorn of bloody rose,
Lie crushed and broken on the virgin snow.
Now I think I know what you tried to say to me,
How you suffered for your sanity,
How you tried to set them free.
They would not listen, they're not listening still.
Perhaps they never will... (5 years and 3781 days ago)
this song/poem was a final exam for me in high school.. i failed because I analyzed it too much lol.... night choice goodluck.
he he nice work author and my appreciation for the patience u had to do this work. it looks very exhausting.... but somehow i dont find ur lens flare effects on the pic..?? am i missing something??? gl
edit: hmm..the bg gradient like effect... okie,... how abt u reduce the size of the berry and make the image more detailed? very nice work author .. i am a fan of ur style of work.. its not very easy to do these..
hsbee, its in the back layer,(behind everything) it causes the slight back light effect (starry starry LIGHT) Can you imagine the GRIEF I would get if I put it on the surface ? hehehehehe
EDIT: Hsbee?!?!?!, actually I did think about shrinking the berry but I realized it would then look like an ordinary reproduction and I always love that effect but after it's all done it's like..well what was the point of all that work just to make the same exact thing LOL
This is a great song buddy!! I agree with hsbee.. it looks like it's taken you absolutley ages to do this one, but the result is magnificent. Great job, and good luck!!
Woo Hoo... Thats what I was waiting for... Need more lol...
wonderful take on van gogh

very realistic author gl
Very crisp and clean, with a nice SBS. Well done!
Try to fix the plane selection. It's very bumpy. Using the pen tool or lasso tool will give you smooth edges on the fuselage. Get rid of the white outline too.
good..
Lovely and clean art work!
