Wow, this is really good! I love the transformation, it looks so real! The shadowing is perfect, everything. I just don't like the text on the wall, I have no idea what it says, it's something in Greek, but I'd either make it more imbedded inwards (hope you get what I'm saying), or remove it. But otherwise it's great. =)
beautiful, but i don't think that crack should run down that owl as well. Good luck!
Thanks for the comments and suggestion Ponti, the idea is to make the owl looks cracked too...
But it seemed like it was in line with the other crack, which makes it seem a bit unrealistic, i still like this a lot, a great creation author!
Great entry...But what does χοÏυφα mean?
The crack makes sense to me if you consider the owl as part of the wall...nicely done, author!
IMHO the type could have more depth so it looks carved into the wall...(and does it say anything?).
Well, I had typed "owl" in Portuguese though I should have typed it in Greek (gláuks), but I got rid of the word anyway I fixed the crack on the wall... CMYK, yes, the owl was supposed to be part of the wall but then I would have to carve the owl in the stone...
It's great now. Really good! =)
Author, it works whether you choose to incorporate the type or not. For me, the type made it a bit more mysterious, but this version still works...good luck!
good light source, nice transformation of the source a nice outcome author. well done
Nice work
I like the light and shadows, it worked perfect....beautiful blending between the broken wall and the statue.. nice image, good luck author.

Thanks to Zambyoo7 for this wonderful photo of Tibidabo, in Spain. Many layers of lightning were used to create the sky effects.
Job 37:3 He unleashes his lightning beneath the whole heaven and sends it to the ends of the earth. (5 years and 3752 days ago)

This idea came out of the blue! Just finding the right image, thanks to PXL stock, made it happen rather quickly. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
The only sources used were the contest image and the stock image. See SBS . (5 years and 3772 days ago)
Very pretty, good luck.

I like the abstract approach and use of colors. Good luck!
