I thought about making a steampunk villain, cause it supports this anarchistic look that this genre is based on.
The Veins and make up are made with a preset brush (CS6) and smudge tool.

Nice!
Did you try moving the prosthetic further up her arm? Also to me, at least, the machinery seems to be sort-of just stuck there; I can't quite put my finger on why...maybe attaching the straps further back would give it a more cohesive feel?
The mechanical hand is exactly where her original hand was, that is where it looked best. Also it is difficult to make the straps join the tank as the harness needs to be tight against her body to be realistic. In this position you wouldn't be able to see them join on the tank. Thanks for your comment.
Ah! I think I've figured out what doesn't look right to me..the actual position of the machine...I think that, from the viewer's point of view, it might look more natural moved left and rotated clockwise slightly.
I'd lighten & blur the veins. Also, I don't think there'd be a vein on the eye piece.
Thanks for the suggestion. The thing on the eye piece was planned to be a crack, but u´re right that it first looks like a vein
lighten and blured the veins, thx for tip
