The concept was built in the process. The only complicated part was the making of the water, which I taught myself through and online tutorial (http://photoshopcontest.com/tutorials/26/displacement-water.html). (5 years and 3263 days ago)

This is a great idea! It looks like there's a question mark or something above his head, is that suppose to be there? I agree with
Bompy about the outline on the droplets and the shadow on the umbrella from the bottom drop looks a little dark. I usually don't nitpick but this is just too cool to not be perfect.
Oh never mind my comment about the question mark above his head. I see it's on the original. I would get rid of it anyway.
