This is absolutely stunning!!!! My only concern is the background.. I think the image is just really bad and ugly There are like a ton of different backgrounds you could find better than this surgery one.. I mean really, this is my opinion but the background needs to change.. GL!

Fabulous piece author...u did really great job here...small nit pick...in high resolution palp's look's a bit sharp...use small soft blur brush to make them just a bit softer...any how, hight marks from me...well done

Agrees with Erathion and Toothpick. Just one more suggestion: Try to match the colors of either the blue scrubs or the green scrubs the alien is wearing. You can sample colors with the Color Sampler tool and replace it with the Color replacement tool. Other than that, a different operating room source stock might be a better choice, but you probably had a hard time finding one as it is. GL!

@CMYK will have a play with the blood splatter, I always have trouble using the brushes, im useless at it lol

@Nator i was going to add the light to the table lights but then i would have to change the light in the whole room.. i looked very hard to find images that suited teh lighting of the background lol
