The flipped swan and the bubbles are lit from the opposite side of the woman holding the swan. Light source consistency is always important. The bubbles make no real sense, and you've positioned them so that it looks like the flying swan is pooping...

again i say this is good work but some notes i may be wrong but you can see it again the earrings looks flat on her face and the right one which is behind her cheek you may add some shadow to gave it some depth as it is looks like the earring is planted in her check hope my notes find you well and not be wrong
Weso, you are right and if you look again you can see this picture is absolutely undone - this is just skeching of my idea (I don't have time, sorry) . I added only some shadows for some depth..
