Interesting image. But I see pink color lines, a lot of colorful spots and marks around the city, and a shade over the woman. Is it on purpose?

The pink colour lines are on purpose the spots I see are the baby room decorations...and the shade over the woman the 3rd wall .. I hope this helps

@ahsn, there is no tutorial, I just placed the Black and White photo over the girl, cut her image into it and blended his hair layer with overlay
Check the SBS and you can see what I did (burned her body edges to make the rounded shape)

nice idea -- shadow needs a bit of work perhasp a bit less opacity of a bit more spread ?? Shadows are not even close to one of my stong points but it seem a bit off to my eye

Flip the foot...light on face is from left, and on foot from right. Make the foot more red like a tongue and you've got something. The expression is great!
Edit: Well, it seems like the tongue/foot is more red. which is a good thing, but the light source is still wrong...need to flip the foot to match.
