Great job, but why the dark border completely around. Only the arm coming from the shade would be enough. And maybe fix the dark shadowlike line around the thumbpart of the hand.

awesome. there is some greenish stuff on the top of his arm though-could be his hair.

maybe use some color/contrast to make the face tones not look so pale.. just saying.. he is very very white and very mayo.. .. not that that's a bad thing.. he looks like me LOL.. just an idea.. good luck.. still and interesting twist on the contest
