Wid tattoos...
Played around wid some brushes.
Enhanced the image quality by applying some curves and brought up a HDR look by using the image enhancements. (5 years and 3805 days ago)

a litte strange on the source choices.. NOT BAD.. just strange.. LOL.. if you made the binky red and white or red and green it would fit better with the xmas feel.. good luck on this.. I do like the texture you created on the foot.. very nice effect
I like the way you have tried to follow the skin contours with the tattoo.. Also I would use a bit of creative license and shave the left side of the santa hat off. Just leave the pompom out on the side! I am not too sure about the HDR look though? GL
