it means wow... i just liked the facial expressions the bird looking at the lady and lady looking at the bird "lovely eye contact" 
thank you ..had to change her eyeballs ( see her pic and she is looking at camera)
I like the overall concept but the added light on her and the vulture's face, and the low-res background ruin this for me. Could do with some more masking too.
not sure whether it was the low res or the dof that bothered you ..and the glow if you look closer id from the radiant red eyes ... guess I should have made them even brighter
it was definitely the resolution, or at least the overall quality, of the background.
Regarding the light, yep I figured that's where the light was coming from but as you say the eyes should've been quite a bit brighter brighter, to throw that much light on her face.

A good graphic. My only concern is the pawn is so much larger than the queen and what I assume to be a knight. IMO the pieces should be proportional to the squares.
Thanks, but I am going for a "fantasy effect" therefore she's carrying a BIG pawn.
Each piece should still be proportional to the square it is on...that's just basic chess.
I believe that the surreal is not necessary to use all the rules.

I like the picutre really much, but you could improve the reflection of the horse person, the perspective seems a little weird and the outlines of the star wars looking r2d2 figure could be a little bit better made

Great image it makes you want to look closer at it kinda pulls ya in. Shadows are all over the place. The fish in the tub and the bird at the right seem to have light from the viewpoint, yet the rice crispy square looking thing in the middle has it from the top back right. then the vulture at the top left has it coming from the right to the left and up. Shadows on a image should be done last and all from the same point.
Thanks! (I made it with the light located directly in the center of the room (like a walk in bathroom) so I thought the light would cast in all directions from the center) that's how I see it anyway, Thank you for your suggestion (it's a bit surreal anyway)
