1. I created this background in Photoshop with a bunch of colors
2. I took a photo of a Bluebird that I had taken, removed it from its background and added it several times in different positions and opacity.
3. I took a picture of my hand making a flicking motion, and since my hand is old looking, I smoothed it out in Photoshop.
4. I combined all to make this.
5. Step 1 photo shows original bluebird photo
6. Step 2 photo shows original hand photo (5 years and 2448 days ago)

The woman's face and body are well done, but imo you should have gone for another solution to make the wings like flames (or at least that's how I understand they are). Right now they look too obvious liquified and smudged more than impressive flames on wings. Though just my humble opinion, of course

I don't see how he could be sitting with his leg over the wheel like that...
his legs are paralysed so he can put his legs in any way............
For such a bright light source, i think you should make alot of shadows
