A few observations: How have you used source 1? The arm with the orb should be darker to blend with the figure. A red tint isn't the best choice for a snow scene...blue would probably be better. Also, an adjustment layer to improve the contrast might work. GL.
Edit: SBS would be even better.

Many thanks CMYK46, i appreiciate your input as always. Source 1 is the small monk. I put this on late last night and now i'm looking at it with 'fresh' eyes i think there is too much red. I will see if i saved this as psd file and upload a SBS (haven't done SBS before) I take all your comments on board and will see what i can do to improve this image (it needs it) Many thanks,

Good work indeed! (The lighting in the hole in the floor is reversed...).

CMYK is right ! The light is coming from left, so the right side of the hole must be shadowed.
It's not that obvious, unless you can get your eyes off that naked chick's butty How d'you do it Bob, how???
