Excellent work.....Just that the bottom part of the machine looks a bit bright then the rest of the part above, if you see in high res. Over all the concept is really good.

Wow, this is really creative and really smooth. I really like it! I suggest where the black wire goes over the shiny metal connecter piece should have a reflection in the metal. Just like the pink wire does at the bottom. But that is just a small detail. The overall image is absolutely fantastic

your main source image can't be used off of dA. i'd change the model stock before your whole idea gets pulled.
edit: better. Now you could work on cleaning up the edges a bit.

Its really nice image manipulation as per my view.

Few things I would like to suggest:

1. Figures of girl is cutting and pillar make it bit bright.
2. Pillar have some white color at bottom remove that.
3. As "CMYK46 says" - remove blue color.

Has a great feel to it ... unfortunately as Adhir said there is some white on the pillar where her hand is that takes away from the red effect. I also find the white glow around her is a bit distracting but that could be just me?

Thanks for the comments guys, I had 20mins left to submit and only had a skeleton with no head lol.... the rest was rushed and I see now that I have overlooked a few things in my haste, including the extra finger I gave them (moral of the story - enter earlier!)
