Hands don't look like they're attached to the tree, and should have some bark texture. Good mood & color.

I agree with Bob, you have done well with the head, so just apply the same technicques to the hands and it'll look great.

@Ray: actually I didn't change the head so much, it's a kind of mummy sculpture. But I agree about the hands, so I applied some texture of the tree on them. I hope it's better now!

I like the concept and the execution, but i'm not a big fan of the outer glow or the current background, perhaps some out of focus clouds, or something a little more complex than a blue gradient. Good luck

but i feel, the night makes the objects more
desaturated and moves towards blueshish tones...

that is if you are tending towards reality....

Thanks closedeyes, you are right, I thought of using blue tones at the beginning, but then, I decided to leave it as it is. It is late for changes, but I will do something similar in the future, using your advise.
