Try adding some subtle noise on the vignette going to dark. It has odd banding right now when viewed in high res.. Nice job and beautiful image.

Good idea, but the back of the flamingo's beak needs shading...this would have more impact if the radial glow wasn't overlaid on the beak.

Very nicely done, but what is that dark bun-like shape near the horizon left of the flower? That's kinda distracting. If you remove that it will help greatly...imo.
