used the contrast tool to create a sunset effect and to darken a bit the image. Used blending options for merging the sky with the meadow. The gradient tool was very helpful to add some colors on the image. What can I do...I love colors:P Enjoy!

Introducing my prototype for an "ozone hole filler"... I know it's probably never going to be build, but you can't blame me for hoping and wishing. Seriously it's always been of great concern to me that the ozone layer is getting thinner and thinner... I can't swim :-(
This is not supposed to look realistic, just to show off my prototype...
I designed the machine in Illustrator. It's just different shapes put to together.
The rest was done in PS. Also just selections filled with either a gradient or like for the snow mountains I used rendered fibers and adjusted the opacity etc...
The clouds are a brush I adjusted with the help of a tutorial (link provided)
Do I have to add an SBS?
Thanks for looking and voting... (5 years and 3822 days ago)
hehehehehehe.. this is very on theme author.. I remember when I was a kid we had an ozone day and all the pet rabbits died.. a puncture in the ozone killed all the domestic animals in a tiny area about 100 miles from my house.. scared me to death.. dern fluorocarbons.. nice on theme entry.. CUTE
why cant you swim??? and @ Golem, why did you have ozone day, and why did the rabbits die lol... im in australia and so long as we put on sunscreen we run around outside 10 hours a day lol
I never really learned how to swim... I was going to ask Golem the same question, but then I thought it was probably a story the teachers told their students to make them more aware of what's going on around them? Am I right?
good thought
good
Added an SBS as requested by the moderators...
very nice
what is this machine doing? is it cleaning, producing or expanding the ozone layer?
I hope one day they'll be able to come up with something like this to close the hole in the ozone layer... actually it's not a hole if I remember correctly... it's just really thin overthere, so this machine is adding ozone to bring it back to its original size... Hopeful thinking I know...
There are some nice persuasive poster designs here, but so far this is the only entry that's on the theme.

great now i must think again whether i must complete my entry or not lol so many nice entries already
like the angry mascot on the wall, great recolor...not so sure about the man laying on the padded outdoor bench thing
agree with lchappell
thanks for your comments. the man on the bench is supposed to be a word/image play on the title and also wanted to place it on a real world situation. hope this helps!
Awesome!
Nice ... Looks nice in high res... Although it looks way too beautifull to be a wall graffiti... But it may be just me... Anyway this image is cool...
Cool very nice idea and good luck!
I really like this image...For some reason I want to see him almost come out of the wall becoming more 3 dimensional...Just a thought...Good Luck
how the guy can sleep under that much art is beyond me LOL
if you'd give it a little age, some chipped paint or wear, I think you'd have a blockbuster.
ooo nice one!
very nice graffiti there...good luck!
nice mural
good
very nice
is devil supposed to be painted on the brick wall? if so need some depth to it, displacement map and or some other effect to show the brick depth of the art, not just see through looking. Very cool and good luck!
Good Luck
cool idea think the image would work well by it's own maybe put some spray paint cans by the bench or something :P

woah... even though it's a chop, sends me the shiver...
ouch...
i like it!
nice
is too dark and maybe u can another finger :P but nice idea
i'd brighten up the image a little bit, you can't see the wound too well.
Not quite understanding the darkness of the shot...I think it would be better if it weren't so dark.
made lighter
Clever idea author: but the shadow remains? You could probably use either the ring or little finger and not have the shadow issue. Reminds me of a Stephen King story.. Or Yakuza.. Hahaha.
ooh nasty, why so dark and cloudly though? I think it would look better with more light.
haha funny
