Thanks to carlchapman for the beautiful eagle in flight. Background is an eagle nest in trees which I took recently here in Ohio. Daddy eagle never appeared down where we could photograph him, but a couple eaglets were in the nest with mother perched nearby.

Adjust/color and balance/changes of hues, saturation were used along with airbrush, paintbrush, and dodge tools. (5 years and 3838 days ago)

the splashes don't look like splashes.. they look like star sparklies... .. they work okay in low res but they are kinda weird in high res.. I would suggest you make real splashes for a better effect.. keep em small like the stars.. (stars are more for light effect then water splash) You've done some amazing work here Author.. good luck

(Your water work is just amazing)

What the world needs now! - created by BlueSparkle

What the world needs now!
Favs: 0SBS: n/aHi-resRank: 46/58Score: 50.7% (0)5270 views

This image is inspired by all that is going on in this world today... the middle east, the global economical crisis...

Who better to pray for us than a little angel? A child's prayer is full of faith and power, so I thought a little angel's prayer would be even more powerful...:-)

I used "replace color" a lot, clouds brushes for the background and a neon glow on the hands and bible.

EDIT: Matched the colors a bit with match color adjustment. I think it looks better now. (5 years and 3839 days ago)

I see purple I see france, I see the authors under.... JUST KIDDING.. little purples in there.. it seems not to matter much.. alot of color variants are happening.. but if you want to get rid of the purple completely try using the channel mixer and setting RED at it's lowest setting.. it worked for me.. GOOD LUCK

Very Sweet IMAGE!!!

EDIT: GOTCHA!!! hehehe

author says:

Great tip GolemAura, I hope I got rid off most of the purples... you got me alright... one of these days I'll throw you off guard though, just you wait and see!!!

Why is there a reflection?

author says:

@CMYK about the reflection. I thought it looked like something was missing, so I added "a reflection". Just a little extra help with the praying...

avatar CMYK46
CMYK46 says:

But...ummm...there's nothing to reflect onto.

avatar gopankarichal

good

author says:

Could it be she is standing in front of a window? I understand your concern, but if I have to remove the reflection I might as well take out the floating book in the back... I don't mean to seem rude or stubborn, but I just like the way it looks like this

As seen through the EYES - created by wolverine

As seen through the EYES
Favs: 0SBS: 7Hi-resRank: 9/58Score: 51.3% (0)7300 views

just an imagination as how the same image would look like for each eye, together when seen by both our eyes we get the complete picture,

and, to exhibit this idea, well, make it a real exhibit ! I depicted this as an artist's work..the same image split into two - each half representing the part seen by each eye...

just some wandering imagination..please don't attach scientific reason to it !!

No external images used,

The wall is a default pattern in photoshop and a little light effects rendered.

The barricade was made using pen tool.

The photoframe was done using rectangles, playing around with the gradient, duplicating and some drop shadow and bevel and emboss. just fiddle with those settings.

The photo was filtered by some artistic effects..the standard ones..

There is a line on the left side coming from the left frame... was it your intention to have it there? I like this entry, very creative and original. Good luck.

author says:

Thanks for your comments The two lines that you see from the frame on the left...while i was working on this picture, somehow, while editing the frames these two lines were left out, and i never felt like removing it, so just left it there !
