Ah well very hard to do anything with this source... So thought of making a jigsaw puzzle lol...

I would lighten the puzzel lines and give it a drop shadow (to make the source pix more readily visable) then put it on a background....maybe like a felt "roll-up" or a wooden table top! I really like the idea..........nicely done.

Alien skins and a little smudging...simple
Started with the idea from a tutorial, I did not follow it completely except for how to help with the nose and the coloring, but the skins listed in my sources are from Deviant Art and come in a pack....MANY alien skins to use...I used two to get the right look. Looks very similar to that alienizing Tom Cruise tutorial, if you read that one you might want to mention the fact that you followed it. Nice image though, good luck!
