You can never run out of time when you have it on you.
I basically traced the clockwork parts of the tattoo to make the parts I needed, added textures to them, bevelled and embossed them, added shadows, did some freehand painting, some soft light overlays, changed background color, did some dodge and burn and that's about it. (5 years and 1054 days ago)

Selected the left hand side of the bolt, rotated it and transformed it with the transform tools. If you look closely and compare, you can see where the rust patterns match the source bolt.
