Her skin tones are very blotchy and strange - Her forehead looks almost green, while her jawline looks bruised...Makeup should even out the skin tones, not emphasize them.
You've also whitened her eyes and teeth a bit too much. Sometimes, less is more.

Boy, his hairline is low enough for him to be a Neanderthal...
His chin is also now too narrow to support a lower jaw with teeth.
Strange looking youth, that's for sure!

I like the sentiment in this one! The idea of him having to hold a mask of the exciting, creepy guy is perfect with the balloons in the other hand. Maybe if you added a shadow under him...that would complete it. Great job, author!
