Thanks Well can't make a SBS anymore but this is how the reflection was made: vertical flip of balloon, displacement filter with a waves structure, made a selection of the outcome and desaturated that selected part of the water base image so that you keep the waves structure but without colors, reflection layer set to overlay, burned parts of the reflection where the water is darker, smudged the left and right sides of the reflection.

A lake is not a place for sharks, but the whole image is so good that it can be forgiven... GL, author!
